I'm Tom Kirchner.I'm just learning about commercial real estate.I have taken one home study course and been all over the internet trying to soak up information.I'm interested in learning more with the help of some very knowledgeable people like yourselves.

My main goal is to work with commercial properties.Mainly to buy undervalued or under performing properties at a discount and resell for a large profit.
