New member from Connecticut

Hello BP community! My name is Patrick and I am a new member here from Griswold, CT. For those who've never heard of it, it's just north of Norwich and New London lol. I have zero experience in REI and know nothing about RE except what I'm starting to learn here from BP.

I am 31, married with two children under the age of two, and work a full-time W2 job for minimum wage. My wife is a SAHM. Needless to say I need to find a better way to provide for my family.

The idea of REI has interested me for years. It's time I take action! I'm looking to network with investors in my area and learn as much as I can here at BP. My goal is to buy my first property in the next 12 months.
