Greetings everyone, Mike Mosley from chicago. I am a student in the real estate investing business. Im currently still in the beginning stages of being introduced to the real estate investing game. I have done tons of research, reading, and other things but not really sure where to start. I am interested in wholesaling, pay and holding, and flipping.
