Hello everyone! I'm here because I have been on the contractor side of real estate investing, working with some great investors for the past 8 years. However, I am looking to learn more about the real estate and investing side of it. How to find and close some deals. My real estate buddy told me about BiggerPockets and I have been trying to soak in as much from the podcasts as possible. I look forward to learning more and connecting with those in my network.
