I'm excited to learn more about real estate investments. My family and I were renters for most of my life, so when I started looking for my current home I had no experience whatsoever. Five years later, I'm still working to understand, and I'm hungry for knowledge! I'm ready to help and inform my family on how purchase to their own home in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, and Pennsylvania. I hope to own rental properties here and in some or all those locations to generate residual income and provide decent housing for renters.

Hey @Tameka Studevan...looks like you're in the military as well....thank you for your service, and welcome to BP.

My parents started their REI career by keeping the housing they lived in while stationed (and military paid for) in different locations throughout the southeast. It was a great way for them to build equity and earn passive income. My father has since retired, and they now do the rentals full time - have 15 doors :)

If you need any help in NE-Alabama, let me know!
