New member in Eugene OR market
Hello, I'm a Realtor in Oregon for the last 8 years and have done 3 flips and 2 (about to be 3) rentals with my wife and her family. So far they have all been a success, however I'm looking to "take it up a notch" as they say. The rentals so far have been to friends so it's been easy, this 3rd one won't be and my wife and I are trying to learn quickly because the house is almost ready! The flips have been us doing most the work, I want to change that and grow our investing business and BP seems like the perfect place to do it!
