Commercial Real Estate
I have spent the past 20 years consulting for buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, mostly office and industrial properties, although I have handled my share of retail and specialty properties (laboratories for instance) as well. In my years, I have read a lot of leases...a lot! Small business owners typically made big mistakes in negotiating their leases, while big companies had the best representation. Because of the experience I started a commercial real estate site for the little guy [REMOVED] and a blog where tenants and landlords can get useful information :D
