I am working on my second flip in Northwest Austin. I am looking for advice regarding remodeling contracts with contractors, sourcing materials, and advice on how to deal with contractors - pricing, etc. I've read the Book on Flipping Houses and another popular one, and actually made about 15K on my first flip.
