Hello everyone!

I am an attorney licensed in CA and MA. I applying to be a broker here in CA soon, found this site and have been reading it religiously. Lots of great advice. My goal is to pick up a few properties for rentals here in NorCal, mainly for my family, and to begin to network with RE pros. I have begun analyzing deals using the various rules found here but won't get my feet wet for a few more months.

See you around the site.
