Hello everyone,

This is the best group that I've had the opportunity to be a part of.  I've lost several properties in 2006 when the bust happened.  Im getting back into the game with 3 rental properties so far.  I am seeking some knowledge on getting into flipping properties in Atl.

Is there a website where you can buy tax deeds for GA ?

The 1,2,3's of flipping properties the right way.  I strongly believe that I was doing it wrong the last time.  There was no wiggle room for profits, etc.
