Hello BP,

I’m excited to have found this site. I recently joined and I’m looking forward to connecting with all of you. Even though I’ve been doing this a number of years I feel like I still have a lot to learn.

I’m currently a buy and hold investor and looking to grow.  Also,I'd like to expand my network.  I live and work in Round Rock/Cedar park area, but I keep my eye on Georgetown, Hutto and surrounding areas.  As of late I'm having difficulty finding anything that fits my business model, but I hear that may be due to how I’ve been looking.
