I would like to introduce myself, my name is Sonia Peralta I live in Massachusetts at the present time. I would like to be able to find properties involving owner financing. I am a newbie. I am very sure that I will make it, because I have always want to do this type of deal. I am interesting in properties in MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA and FL., and probably other places I am not sure.
I would like to fix, rent and, sell, or either way.
