Hello, my name is Monica. My interest is to start in flipping properties, then to get to the point where I can invest and hold properties and become a cash investor. Does anyone have any tips on starting out? I don't really know what to even ask yet since I don't know what I don't know but I want to start a new career in RE. Thank you!
