New Note Broker Hello !!

I am a newbie in the Real Estate Note Business, I have been laid off my job, and I really need to do something to generate cash, so I kept hearing about the real estate note business and decided to give it a try. A native of North Carolina, I now reside in West Virgina, by way of my fiance.
I was in the Food and Beverage industry when I was laid off, doing everything, from F&B Director, Executive Chef, and Rest Manager.
I would like to Specialize in Mortgage notes, Promissory notes, land contracts, Seller Carry-back financing notes, and Mobile Homes notes with land affixed, & people who do foreclosures and are interested in selling those notes in simultaneous closings.
I have been a member of bigger pockets since 03/25/2009, and must say I am impressed thus far.
