New member out of Memphis, TN
Hello my name is Chasity, and I have joined this forum to gain information on how to go about getting into the real estate business. I am still in the research phase of my real estate journey and there is so much information out there that I would love to gain some insight from the ones that do this everyday. I am unsure if I should start out this journey into real estate by flipping homes, renting, or wholesale. Generating passive income is my current goal. I would love to hear from anyone in or outside my area with advice/information on the topic.
