My name is Chris I am from Staten Island, NY. I am a Computer Tech for the City of New York. I am currently looking to start investing in real estate on the side. With the hope of making it a full time thing in the future. I'm am interested in wholesaling and rentals properties, but I am open to other investment opportunity. Any tips on getting started in the Staten Island market in 2016? Or where I should begin?
