Hi Everyone!
I just became a new member to this site and already feel like I've learned something. All of the posts are great! I am currently doing some investing in the Phoenix market and want to do more. I own a small portfolio of properties that I currently rent out and am looking to buy more REOs/foreclosures and either lease option them or flip them...whatever makes the most sense. Looking to network with other investors. :D
