I am new to Bigger Pockets.  My husband and I have been avid listeners of the podcast.  We currently have multiple single family properties, but we are interested in getting our first multifamily (duplex or quad).

We are excited to dig in and learn from the community.  We would love to get to the point where we can retire from our jobs.
