Aspiring North NJ Investor!
Hey BP!
After about 6 weeks of consistently reading UBG, BP blog posts and listening to the BP podcast (currently in the middle of 7 Years to 7 Figure Wealth) - I realized it was about time that I introduce myself!
I’m an aspiring investor looking to transition from my day job in Financial Services to Real Estate Investing within the next 5 years. Though only 26, I’ve been diligent in saving and have a good amount to get started on my first property. Originally from Essex County, I live in Hoboken now and am looking to purchase my first Buy and Hold property within the local area but haven’t settled on the right market yet.
My long term goal is a full Buy and Hold portfolio for passive income, then I’d be interested in flipping/commercial. I’m open to any advice, educational/shadowing opportunities and of course, support from the community on this adventure.
