Dear Biggerpockets,
Please excuse my selfishness. I have been behind the scenes absorbing numerous podcasts and eagerly browsing articles. I acquired my first duplex in March. It required an extensive reno which exposed me to hours under the sink and supervision of multiple subs and tradesmen. I'm out the other end with one side fully rented and a roommate in my side. That was a solo venture. Now, my partner and I are under contract with 2 additional duplexes. I will try and post details of these deals soon. I have so much to learn and have already learned so much from this community. I am looking forward to contributing my experiences.
