I went back to wholesaling again, this time automating everything I do.
Currently, I'm building my cash buyers list for people who are interested in 2/1 properties that are about 900 sqft in areas where you can resell for $180 or more per sqft. I'm interested in meeting people on bigger-pockets and helping out the new people in the local phoenix area.
