Hello from Samir - new member from Minneapolis
Hello All,
My name is Samir Penkar from Eden Prairie, Minnesota. I have recently decided to enter the world of raw land investing as a conduit to generate a second income source and a path to a better flexible lifestyle. A friend referred me to Bigger Pockets and I see that there is a ton of content and active members here.
I have no background in real estate except when I bought our house. So I am a newbie here, but have the drive to learn and get started.
By profession, I am a management consultant and currently consult IT and marketing companies to improve their project management capability and deliver programs & projects. Very excited to get started and looking to make friends, contribute and learn as much as I can from all of you.
Love the outdoors, love running marathons and kite flying.
