25 and just starting out

Hello,

I am a 25 year old CPA from Indiana that is attempting to get ready to invest in real estate. I am currently in the process of educating myself while also saving for a down payment on a property. I just wanted to introduce myself as a budding investor and learn from this great site. I have a very good understanding on the numbers side of things from these deals, but I have zero hands-on experience at this point.
