Hello Everyone,
My name is Ezechiel Jocelyn.I am so excited to have joined this blog. I have been reading some of the blogs on line and I found them informative especially for a newbie like myself. I have developed this passion for real estate investment mainly fix and flip. But just like any other newbie I lack the experience and knowledge which really caused a bit of uncertainty for me on how to get started in this business. I don't have enough funds to go and just buy a property. I am really looking to grasp everything that I can get regarding all aspects of the business: marketing, how to spot the perfect property, how to negotiate the deal, wholesale, you name it. This is for me the only and best avenue to financial success. Happy to be part of this blog!
