My name is Danny. I am fairly new to both Bigger Pockets and real estate investing. I decided to get started last year and dove in head first by obtaining my brokers license. In the past year, I started an LLC with a partner and we have purchased four single family properties. I am doing real estate investing on the side while keeping my full time job so I have been researching and working in the evenings and on the weekends. I have listened to many podcasts and browsed the forumn and found the information to be very helpful. I am hoping to continute learning about real estate investing using BP but to also network with other investors in the Raleigh and eastern North Carolina areas. I truly believe that investors working together can benefit greatly having other investors that may be looking to buy or sell similar properties, so I am looking forward to what BP can offer me and I hope to help other BP users.
