Investor in SE Wisconsin
Hello everyone, I'm new to the area and just purchased a duplex in Mount Pleasant. I'm looking for SFR and duplex's for flips or buy and holds, looking to purchase at least one property per year while maintaining my full time job. I'd be interested in just investing as well if anyone is looking for a partner.
