Investor in SE Wisconsin
Hello everyone, I'm new to the area and just purchased a duplex in Mount Pleasant. I'm looking for SFR and duplex's for flips or buy and holds, looking to purchase at least one property per year while maintaining my full time job. I'd be interested in just investing as well if anyone is looking for a partner.

Welcome to BP and congrats beginning the journey. Your plan to buy one property is a solid start. You will find the community here to be a good resource. I also work in SE Wisconsin as both a property manager and rental owner. Its a great time to be in this area of the state, a lot of activity.
