New Member from Montgomery TX
Hi, my name is Brandon, and I'm a new member from Montgomery, TX. I purchased my first rental property about 18 months ago. When I purchased this property, I knew nothing about being a landlord, or real estate investing (still don't know much!). I just had an itch to try it out. It's been a great experience and I am now looking forward to growing my portfolio.
I am currently searching for additional properties in my area. I am excited for the education and support the BiggerPockets community can provide. My strategy is to buy and hold, and hopefully gain enough passive income to replace earned income at some point.
