Hello BP,

I am a new investor from NY. Interested in investing in rentals in Wilmington/Newark area in Delaware. 

I've had 2 years prior experience as real estate sales agent in NYC doing mostly rentals.

JP is in the process of building at the former Astra Zeneca complex off of 202.  A lot of their back office operations are moving to the DE/Wilmington area.
