New member in Alabama

Hello all, excited to finally be joining bigger pockets. I've listened to a lot of the podcasts and have learned a lot, so I figured the next step was joining the site. I really just got involved in real estate investing a month or so ago when I put my starter home that I bought 6 years ago up for rent, and bought a bigger house. The amount I was able to rent it for, and the ease in which I was able to get it rented opened my eyes pretty quickly. I have grown quickly passionate about real estate and find a great deal of my free time going toward searching for that "perfect deal."  Problem is I'm not sure of all the outlets and resources to find it.  I have the cash and I'm ready to buy, but I just need a bit more education before I pull the trigger on something.  I'm confident from everything I've heard about bigger pockets, that it's the place to get that done. I'm looking forward to connecting with you all to chat about our common passion in real estate.
