Hi guys,

My name is Sunny, and I'm originally from California (the Bay Area). I moved to Manhattan about a year ago, and recently came across 'The Book on Rental Property and Investing'.

I'm a newbie to real-estate, and look forward to connecting with folks as I learn the ins and outs of this industry and give back.

My initial goal is to start with a multi-tenant property in the Manhattan area (if it makes sense to do so), in which I may be able to occupy one unit as a tenant myself (i.e., go down the house-hacking route). Having said that, I'm open to suggestions!

Cheers
