Good morning (or afternoon depending on where you are)! I'm Krystal from Illinois. I currently live in Dallas, TX but am planning to move to Chicago in a year. I have a little background in real estate as a real estate agent. BiggerPockets popped up when searching for ways to make passive income. Honestly, I have been interested in investing in real estate, residential, multifamily, multi-purpose or commercial, for years. I just never knew where to start. Hopefully, this forum and site will guide me in the right direction. My goal is to get to the point where investing in property brings in the income to that I can spend more time traveling and building my family (I'll be a new mom soon. I'm over the moon with excitement). I look forward to networking with all of you. I also look forward to learning all I can about investing in real estate.
