My name is Asya and I have been in love with real estate for years...always browsing through listings, watching HDTV, even attempted to buy a house last year (did not work out). So now that I've moved clear across the country from the East Coast to the West Coast, I am ready to re-commit. I am very interested in learning more about no and low money down deals as well as connecting with investors since I have little capital. I like the idea buy, flip, hold, rent as well as lease options. I'm excited to learn more and do my first deal.
