Hello Bigger Pockets Members!

I'm a real estate agent here in the capital of the 9th largest economy in the world, Sacramento, CA.  I've done a couple of investment deals but am mainly an agent.  I came to explore Bigger Pockets, looking to network with like minded people to talk about what they're seeing in real estate, where you think we'll be in 2 years and get advice and help out when I can on real estate matters.
