My name is Nicholas and I am a excited to join the BP community. Real estate has been a passion of mine for years and I am currently working on my long term goal of being a full time investor in order to spend more time with my family. In the past I have done wholesale and seller finance deals. I am currently looking to focus on mortgage note investing.
