"Boots on Ground" in Detroit

I transplanted to Detroit from California.  I continue to work in the tech industry while divesting more and more into the Detroit market.  Closing on my first deal, with two to three more to follow by the end of this month.  I'm bullish as heck on Detroit, and love smartly directing funds into the amazing opportunities available here!

I previously ran nuclear power plants in the Navy, so my trend analysis and project management skills are hugely useful in helping me execute on my vision.  Real estate is a much simpler mathematical model that moves at a glaciers pace in comparison.

If you are still too busy chasing you work as a software engineer and like me, didn't have time to smartly diversify, we should talk.  Repetitive strain injuries from typing so much have led me to realize that coding is a young (wo)man's game.  Allow me to help you retire much earlier than you had expected.

Coincidentally, I will be unveiling my startup near the end of 2016 all because the burn rate out here is too amenable!
