Hey group! I'm new here on BiggerPockets but not new to Real Estate investing. I first got involved in Real Estate investing around 2001, and of course, sometime around 2009, it was "bye-bye baby" lol.....but my partners and I did manage to turn some money in the neighborhood of $1.2 to $1.9 M. "Now", it's a different ballgame, and I am in love with BiggerPockets....what an amazing organization! I love networking, sharing ideas, strategies, discussions on best practices, joint venturing and helping one another to become successful in this demanding field! I have built a small little network of professionals and I am constantly on the look out to add even more! With that being said, tell me a little about yourselves, the types of investing that you are currently involved in, what you might be looking for, especially if you are a "cash investor" looking for that next awesome deal.
