Hi I'm just getting started using Bigger Pockets. I am a new real estate agent working out of the East Side of Providence. My family has a long history of carpentry and I'm trying to specialize in the aspects they may lack knowledge. I would love to get into owning investment property and working on fix and flips. Anyone in the area that would like to meet up and chat or if anyone has some good advice it is much appreciated.

Hi Bryan, start you're own Real Estate Investor Club in Wyoming. They will come out of the woodwork. Here is an idea. Start out buy creating a theme "Looking to hear about you're Real Estate Success in Wyoming". Just because you're new doens't mean you can't start a REIA.. I checked BP's site and currently there isn't one listed. Be the first for the state of Wyoming.
