Hello,

My name is Terry, and I'm a Structural/Civil Engineer living in the Boston, MA area looking to get into real estate investing.  I'm hoping to gain some guidance and advice for networking, property searching and analyzing, and getting started with a low amount of initial capital.  I realize I'm in a very high priced market, so any advice I can get is greatly appreciated.  My initial goal is to get a taste part time with the possibility to turn it into a career later down the road.  I'm glad to be a part of the community and look forward to meeting and working with you all!
