I'm 27 and just started as well but you're way ahead of me by getting a real estate license. For me I just started learning as much as I could by watching educational videos and reading books on getting started in real estate investing. Also learning about the different laws of the state. We live in Texas it's very different here. It looks like a lot of work but i'm motivated and really looking forward to making this a successful business. The main thing is to believe you can do it and have an awesome power team! Anyways I hope things workout well for you!

I am a Young 27 year old individual. Looking to invest into real estate long term. I am just looking for ideas as to where to start. I am about to take my real estate salesperson license test. I live in the Waterbury, CT area and would love to find an experienced mentor/investor and would love to learn about real estate events in Connecticut.

Godfrey, I did a quick search and it looks like there is a meeting in fairfield tomorrow. Might be a good place to start!
