Arizona Newbie Looking to Network!
Hello Everyone!
I wanted to give a formal newbie introduction of myself to Bigger Pockets, and to the Arizona Investors out there. Originally hailing from the Midwest (MI), and with a successful background in outside sales, real estate has always fascinated me, and I've finally decided to not waste another day and begin following my passion. Having relocated to AZ in 2012 I absolutely love it!
Having dedicated my career thus far to increasing the net income of my clients, and earning a nice living from W2 earnings, I have finally discovered my "why" and couldn't be more excited. My goal is to utilize real estate investing for passive income streams and to begin working for myself as opposed to others, while providing a high quality of life for myself and future family.
I am currently interested in networking, and finding both single family & multifamily buy/hold, & fix/flip opportunities throughout Arizona. I'm confident my business acumen, dedication, creativity, and attention to detail will be critical to my success moving forward.
