Hello all. I discovered BP a few days ago and have been reading, listening and watching all that I can. I'm on the lookout for my first deal, and hope to invest in a small multi-family unit sometime soon to start my real world education. REI is just a side gig for now, but who knows what the future holds.
My first goal is a deal that gets the $100/door on the 50% rule, and then learn all I can about property management!
Thanks for all of the invaluable content on the blog and in the forums. It's already been very helpful!
