Good morning folks! Anthony Weatherbee here, I'm currently working a couple jobs and have just started my small family (holding my little girl as we speak)! I'm looking to get into single and multi family buy and holds here in the Pensacola and surrounding areas. Ultimate goal is to create some passive income to enable my wife to stay at home with our daughter. I have some experience with rentals and know some of the headaches as well as the blessings, but still very much a newbie. Thanks for reading!
