Out of Grad School, Liz purchased numerous investment properties and over the last two decades has been adding value to many investor clients to maximize their returns. Liz has extensive knowledge in financing, appraising, construction, marketing as well as her greatest attribute is creating systems to maximize time, quality and monetary constraints to ensure efficiencies on all levels. Liz has personally transacted over 800 units which in on average over the 20 years 40 transactions annually.
