I studied Construction Management in college (BYU) and I currently work for a national real estate operator with a presence in the multifamily, office, CMBS debt, and seniors housing verticals. In my role, I review potential deals in the multifamily and office in markets in secondary and tertiary MSAs.
As an Institutional Real Estate professional I am here on the Bigger Pockets website with interest in connecting with like-minded individuals in target markets to build a small real estate portfolios.
