Hey there, my name is Chris Gauthier and I'm just learning about Real Estate Investing. Hoping to learn as much as I can and use it to give myself freedom to enjoy my family. I am based in Lockport, Illinois a suburb of Chicago, near Joliet. I am exploring wholesaling and flipping houses to start with. Any help or networking would be greatly appreciated! Welcome, Christopher.  I have a rental property in Lockport and hope to acquire more.  

@Jeff Valentino holds a meetup the first Tuesday of every month for people in the south and southwest suburbs.  Next month it is at Champps in Orland Park on June 7th.  Starts at 6:30 and goes to about 8:30.  You should check it out, it's a good way to meet people in the area.
