Hey Biggerpockets,
My name is Eugene and I've recently become interested in real estate investing after talking to a new friend about real estate investing over more "traditional" investment opportunities such as equities or fixed income. My goal is to diversify my holdings and I hope to follow a long term, buy and hold strategy. I currently have approximately 50,000 to 100,000 that I hope to deploy and would greatly appreciate any tips, advice or encouragement that you guys would have.
