Hey BP Community! My name is Ryan Brown, I live in Hampton Roads area. I am originally from Miami, Florida. I move to Virginia because I was in the military. I currently work full time and go to school. My goals in real estate is to replace my income with passive income in 3 years or less and learn how to be the savvy real estate investor (e.g. wholesale, rehab, buy rental, buy commercial properties, marketing, creative financing, raise funding, and development). I know that it will take to accomplish these goals. I would like to start with wholesaling and buying small multi-family units. Does anyone have any suggest on where can start?
