Hi everyone. My name is Len Smith and I currently call Indianapolis my home. Beyond buying my humble abode 14 years ago, listening to audio books about real estate investing, and perusing this site, my experience in real estate is very limited at the moment but I am learning. For the past 21 years, I have been working for the same company in banking. My long-term goal in real estate investing is buying and holding of single family homes for rental income and financial freedom.
