Hello, my name is Lorrie Staggs. I am new in Real Estate and have no experience. I joined to learn more and hopefully become an active member with your group. I am currently living in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I am the Art Department Head for Hobby Lobby. I have my degree in Commercial Art and I have a clientele that I do paintings, murals and art restoration for. My main goal
is to eventually purchase a building here to expand my studio and open to the public. I would also like to purchase older buildings to restore and sell to other businesses. Fort Smith has alot of history and unfortunately some of these older buildings are just being left to deteriorate.
