Hello. I'm Darren. I'm from the NYC metro area and not terribly long ago found this forum on the web. I'm interested in real estate as just about all of you are. I like the idea of buying and reselling homes but the more and more i look, i feel as if I need "Biggerpockets" just to even begin. I know people say that you have to start somewhere and that there are "deals" to be had everywhere, but to a person that is extremely new to this, it is quite daunting. I am looking forward to my future here at BP. I hope this helps me as much as the many other forums i've joined on various other subjects. I think a reprioritization of time is in order to get to my goals. There are just so many podcasts and items to read. Here is to learning new things....
